The new trend halfway between windsurfing and kitesurfing.
Wing Foil is the sport of the moment, a new idea halfway between windsurfing and kitesurfing, zero danger, hassle-free!
With an inflatable wing and a foil board, you can experience flying on water even in very low wind conditions and enjoy the convenience of equipment that is light and easy to carry around.
Sardinia’s southwestern coast delivers the wind conditions needed to learn wing foil basics. Punta Trettu’s tranquil waters make starting out easier.
Admire Sardinia’s landscapes while honing your balance and wing skills.
Enjoy plenty of room to practice tacks, jibes, and transitions without dodging boats or other riders.
Understand positioning, power zones, and basic safety before getting on the water. Start with the SUP board to maneuver the wing in the water—try to sheet in and turn without falling off the wing board (no foil).
Get familiar with mast height, optional straps, and foot placement for lift and stability.
Train on land, then move to shallow water. Our instructors offer real-time feedback on balance, wing control, and stance.
As you progress, learn jibes, tacks, and how to handle wind shifts without losing foil lift.
1. You will start by learning how to handle the wing on the beach, you will practice standing on a big and stable SUP and maneuvering the wing in order to learn how to ride in any direction.
2. Then we will move onto the world of hydrofoiling, which will allow you to literally fly above water. By pulling you with a low speed boat (wake foil) you will get a chance to understand how to acquire the right stance and balance in order to lift the foil board out of the water
3. At this point you will be ready to combine the two experiences and start flying one meter above water like a butterfly thanks to the famous “butterfly effect”, reaching relatively high speeds even in low wind conditions
