The new trend halfway between windsurfing and kitesurfing.

Wing Foil is the sport of the moment, a revolution halfway between windsurfing and kitesurfing, zero danger, hassle-free and requiring less wind!
With an inflatable wing and a foil board to take momentum, you can enjoy the sea even with very little wind and have the convenience of easily transportable equipment.
The reason wing foiling is such an emerging sport these days is that it requires much less wind than kitesurfing and windsurfing.
When the board reaches a minimum speed, the wing-shaped fin lifts the board above the water. This creates less drag and therefore requires less wind. The sensation is like floating above the water.
The southwest coast of Sardinia guarantees essential wind conditions, ideal for beginners who want to learn the basics of wing foiling. The calm waters of Punta Trettu make it easy to get started.
Admire the landscapes of Sardinia while practicing your balance and wing handling.
Enjoy all the space you need to practice tacks and jibes without having to dodge boats or other riders.
A comprehensive and progressive program to introduce you to the world of Wing Foil in a safe, effective, and fun way, structured into three phases designed to guide you step by step.
Introduction and familiarization with the wing (sail) on land
Exercises in handling, balance, and control of the wing on a SUP and a non-foil board
OBJECTIVE: Perform your first tacks and jibes
Training on a foil board, towed by our boat
Focus on correct trim, balance, and starting technique
OBJECTIVE: Experience the sensation of "flying" over the water without having to concentrate on wing control
Water starts, balance, and initial maneuvers in an exclusive area of the lagoon
Posture correction and introduction to basic wing foiling techniques
OBJECTIVE: Combine all the skills you've acquired and begin foiling independently
Understand positioning, power zones, and basic safety before getting on the water. Start with the SUP board to maneuver the wing in the water—try to sheet in and turn without falling off the wing board (no foil).
Get familiar with mast height, optional straps, and foot placement for lift and stability.
Train on land, then move to deep water. Our instructors offer real-time feedback on balance, wing control, and stance.
As you progress, learn jibes, tacks, and how to handle wind shifts without losing foil lift.
1. You'll begin by learning how to handle the wing on the beach, practice standing on a large, stable SUP, and maneuver the wing to learn to sail with it to any direction.
2. Then we'll move on to the world of hydrofoiling (which means using the foil board), which will allow you to literally fly over the water. By being towed by a slow-speed boat (towing), you'll have the opportunity to understand how to acquire the right position and balance to lift the foil board out of the water.
3. At this point, you'll be ready to combine the two experiences and start hoovering over the water at a height of one meter like a butterfly thanks to the famous"butterfly effect," at relatively high speeds even with very little wind.
